I want to be screened for Cancer
Active Phoenix Firefighters are eligible for full cancer screening through Vincere Cancer Center. This screening is not currently available to firefighters outside of Phoenix Fire Department or retirees. To make an appointment for a screening call 480-306-5390 and remember this is for active PFD firefighters only right now, the cost of screening will not be covered if you are not a active PFD firefighter.
Active & Retired Phoenix Firefighters are eligible for cancer screenings through occasional grants and through your health insurance. Although screenings at Vincere are not covered for retirees, the PFD and Local 493 will continue to find options for screening for retirees.
